David Perloff teaches astrology locally and has given talks across the United States and internationally, most recently in Portugal and Italy. He was a speaker at the NCGR 2019 conference in Baltimore. His articles have appeared in The Mountain Astrologer, Dell Horoscope Magazine, Geocosmic Journal, Jornal de Associação Portuguesa de Astrologia and other astrological publications.
David has been Secretary of the Boston NCGR chapter since being elected in 2008. His term as president began in June 2019.
Outreach and Public Relations Liaison
Ramya Krishnamurthy is a practitioner of both Western and Indian (Vedic) astrology. She hails from a family of traditional Indian Vaidhyas (Ayurveda practitioners) and astrologers. She was exposed to many astrological terms and concepts at a young age but started studying it seriously later in life. She combines findings from both Western and Indian astrology to offer a complete perspective. Her main interest is to focus on research in both Western and Vedic Astro Sciences as time and inclination permit. She has served as the treasurer of the Boston Chapter and is currently serving as the Clerk for National NCGR. She has been active in national conferences as a volunteer and speaker.
Muriel “Merve” Gould has been studying astrology her entire adult life. She is a member of the Boston NCGR Chapter. She has a Masters in Management and has held a series of management positions in health care. She presently works in the pharmaceutical industry.
Pat Taglilatelo holds Level IV certification from NCGR-PAA and the designation of Certified Astrological Professional from ISAR. For several years she was the editor of the chapter newsletter and second vice-president. Since late 2008 she has been the local Education Director, helping those who wish to take the NCGR-PAA certification exams to attain their goal. With an A.B. and M.Ed., she has had prior careers in public education and in business. The editor of AstroDatabank since 2003, she teaches, writes, lectures and sees clients.
Leyza Toste re-connected with Astrology at a young age and, ever since, it has been an integral part of her life. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and worked for 30 years in higher education human resources. Now, as a long-standing member of the NCGR Boston Chapter, Leyza enjoys the opportunity to give back to the astrological community through her work with the Boston Chapter Board (since 2018) and finds joy in helping the membership connect with one another through quality Chapter offerings.
